Crazy ending, Tyreke FTW!

December 30, 2010

What a shot by Tyreke! Lucky? Maybe but who cares. Kings get the "W".  Props to OJ for making a tough shot beforehand for what could've been a game winner itself.

OJ Mayo, whats going on?

December 30, 2010

Somebody cue the Marvin Gaye.   Lets look at the career of 3rd year pro OJ Mayo.

- best 8th grader in the country
- top 5 player in class of 2007

Selby's smooth transition

December 30, 2010

Kansas freshman Josh Selby is as good as advertised.  He's only played in 2 games so far but one could argue he is Kansas' best player already.  The explosive guard has stepped right into the role Coach Self invisioned.  Selby just had to play the waiting game and deal with the NCAA investigation that led to a 9 game suspension.  Well, now the wait is over and Kansas has the complete formula to make a great run in March.  Post play? Right now Kemba is leading the nation in scoring at 26.9 points a game.  He is basically the whole UConn offense. Players talk about be...

I would believe so.  Everybody wants to complain about them giving up Gortot which leaves them thin in the frontcourt, but what about the improvements in the backcourt.  The players Orlando acquired are mentally rejuvenated and you can see it in their play.  Hedo just wasn't happy in Phoenix and Gilbert Arenas was pro...
